Week 15

🏋Fitness Focus = Functional Movements
*Power:  Ring Row (using TRX equipment)
*Press:  Shoulder Press (using PVC pipe)
*Deadlift:  Using Dumbbells, Kettlebells, & Medicine Balls 

📝Assessments
Students chose 3 functional movements to be assessed on this quarter.  They must get 3 peer assessments on each of those 3 skills before I will grade them on performance of the movement.  We will complete this by the end of next week.  Look for 3 separate grades in SIS for each functional movement.
