Students will learn proper technique and be assessed on various movements (squats, strength, plyos, power, etc.)
Students will learn Tabata Workouts.
Students will complete aerobic fitness assessment.
2ND QUARTER
10/22-12/7 Fitness
Students will learn RFT (Rounds for Time) workouts.
Students will complete an aerobic and an anaerobic assessment.
Students will create warm up activities.
12/10-12/14 Roller Skating in Large Gym
12/17-12/21 Health Room Activities
3RD QUARTER
1/3-1/11 Dance
1/14-2/8 Health
2/11-3/8 Fitness
Students will learn AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workouts.
Students will complete an aerobic and an anaerobic assessment.
4TH QUARTER
FitnessStudents will create their own workouts and participate in them.
4/8-4/26 Swimming
Students will learn water skills, participate in various fitness activities such as aqua zumba.
5/13-5/17 Backyard Games Unit
Students will learn and play cornhole, washers, ladder golf, kan jam, etc.
