"SMART" Wednesdays


Warm Up on Wednesdays 1 or 100

Students will complete either 1 minute or 100 reps of a particular exercise.  
Today they did jumping jacks.

designed to focus on endurance & strength and improve fitness testing scores
 
Sit-Ups ANYWHERE!!  And Modified / Inclined Push-Ups!!!
