Classes are divided in to 6 groups and offered 6 different workouts. Groups rotate through each.
Workout A-Kids Cross Fit WOD
PART 1
JUMP ROPE 50x while partner does BURPEES
switch roles and complete 3 rounds (record individual's total # of burpees)
rest
PART 2
10 squats, push ups, and sit ups
8 squats, push ups, and sit ups
5 squats, push ups, and sit ups
record individuals's total time to complete 10, 8, 5
Workout B
BEAT OR MAINTAIN YOUR "WORKOUT A" TIME/BURPEES
Workout C-Kids Cross Fit WOD
10 deadlifts (taught before workout)
5 box jumps
30 sec. hold hollow body position
30 sec. hold superman position
record individual's total time to complete 5 rounds
record individual's total time to complete 5 rounds
Workout D & E
15 min Yoga for Beginners
15 min Yoga X (part of P90X series)
Workout F
15 min Aerobic Exercise
exercise bike or eliptical
record individual's minutes in zone using heart rate monitors
