Week 2

We're learning/reviewing dances "Tush Push" and "Slappin' Leather" to use as warm ups.

We trained with Heart Rate Monitors and recorded how many minutes in zone & average heart rate after the activity.

We were in health studying the PHYSICAL side of the health triangle Thursday & Friday:

  • Physical Activity
  • Developing a Fitness Plan
  • Safety in Sports & Activities
  • 5 point quiz on these topics was emailed on Friday and due Tuesday 9/2.
